O SO RELAXED BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY Welcome & thank you for trusting your body and healing journey with O So Relaxed with Othella. It is an honor to work with you. Please read the following policies carefully before booking, as they are strictly enforced. 📍 ARRIVAL & LOCATION Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation, depending on availability. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and the full session fee will be charged. 🚫 NO-SHOW, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Time and energetic space are valuable. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. All cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will result in full charge of the service. No-shows are charged 100% of the service fee and may result in being unable to book future appointments. If you reschedule more than two (2) times, your appointment may be canceled and future booking privileges revoked. If you book and cancel twice consecutively, you may be restricted from future bookings. 💳 PAYMENTS, PACKAGES & REFUNDS All packages are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Emergency appointments are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. Please contact me before booking emergency sessions if your schedule is not flexible. 🧳 TRAVEL / MOBILE APPOINTMENTS Mobile sessions require a minimum 10x10 ft clean, safe workspace. O So Relaxed reserves the right to move the session to the in-office location if accommodations are inadequate or if safety concerns arise. An assistant may accompany the therapist when appropriate. 👶 CHILDREN, PETS & GUESTS No children, pets, or additional guests are allowed at your appointment. If you arrive with children or pets, your appointment will be canceled and the full service fee will apply. 🤒 HEALTH & WELLNESS If you are experiencing cold, flu, COVID-like symptoms, fever, or feel unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Your health, my health and the safety of all clients are a priority. 🧠 IMPORTANT SESSION DISCLOSURE All sessions are customized and intuitively guided based on your body’s current limitations, needs, and capacity. I do not offer routine or scripted treatments. O So Relaxed services are not a substitute for medical care or treatment. 🌿 SESSION RECOMMENDATIONS & AFTERCARE GUIDANCE To support your body’s integration and results, the following recommendations are strongly encouraged: General Recommendations Hydrate well for 24–48 hours post-session Allow time for rest and integration Avoid intense workouts or overstimulation immediately after sessions Gentle movement and stretching are encouraged Brief Condition-Specific Guidance Chronic pain / mobility limits: Consistent sessions are often necessary for lasting improvement Migraines / TMJ: Temporary soreness, jaw awareness, or shifting relief patterns may occur before stabilization Lymphatic or inflammation support: Increased urination, thirst, or fatigue can be normal Energy / Quantum sessions: Emotional processing, vivid dreams, or mental clarity may continue over several days 🩺 POST-SURGERY CARE NOTE Post-surgical sessions are supportive and non-invasive. You must be medically cleared before booking. Swelling, tenderness, and temporary sensitivity are normal responses. Consistency and hydration are essential for optimal recovery support. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
